How to Fill Application Form
- The Candidates of Madhya Pradesh or who belong to another state, will have to register their employment in Madhya Pradesh only then they will be able to fill the online application form.
- All the candidates are required to register the profile in the PEB portal of Madhya Pradesh, then Only they will be able to fill the online form, and that the mobile number should be registered in your Aadhaar card. If it is not so, you can get your form filled by biometric from any kiosk in Madhya Pradesh.
- Collect All documents such as ID Proof, Address Details, Hand Writing, Eligibility, and Other Basic Details.
- Take a Scan Document Such As – Photo, Sign, ID, Thumb, Proof, Etc.
- Before Submitting, the Online Application Form Must Check the Preview and All Column Carefully.
- Pay the Application Fee
- Take A Print Out of Final Submitted Form
